Immediately after your technician, Kevin, had completed the service call to my property a couple of weeks ago, I called your office to report how pleased I was. Kevin demonstrated courtesy and patience as he delivered information. He explained how to operate the timer and how to adjust the spray heads. He always appeared willing to answer my questions even if it meant going over a procedure three times so that I would understand the different functions. Not once did he make me feel stupid.

I want to stop and write you a letter about how proud we are of our green lawn. This could never have been possible without the help of Donna Wood and the gentlemen who came to install the system. From beginning to end I have never had a more pleasurable experience dealing with a company. Donna was the first person we encountered in our search for an irrigation system.
